Priscilla
Bulandres
Priscilla is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto, and her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee.
Priscilla is certified in Acupuncture, Soft Tissue Release, has completed courses in vestibular rehabilitation, has extensive training in concussion management, and is passionate about musculoskeletal and sport (p)rehab.
Priscilla competed internationally in tennis and went on to have a successful collegiate career at the NCAA level for Lincoln Memorial University’s Lady Railsplitters. Her love for movement and an active, functional lifestyle is now expressed through her passion for CrossFit. Through her experiences and injuries as a life-long, multi-sport athlete, Priscilla became fascinated by the biomechanics required to participate in sport and every day activities, and developed a passion to help others maximize their physical and mental wellbeing through movement.
Priscilla feels an evidence-based approach is fundamental to recovery, and incorporates manual therapy, functional exercise prescription, and targeted education to achieve each individual’s goals. She also believes in the importance of prevention and maintenance to avoid injury or prevent secondary injuries from occurring. Priscilla enjoys treating various populations ranging from your office jockey, to your weekend warrior, to your high performance athlete, and always uses a holistic and personalized approach to get her patients back to doing what they love to do.
